Since 1968 England’s Public Forest Estate has played host to artworks and initiatives across artforms. We believe that woodlands and forests are vital places for contemporary artists to engage with, to make and present new work.
The temporary indoor exhibition programme at Grizedale looks to build on this rich tradition and support early and mid-career artists to engage with the forest environment and its audiences to develop new work and/or to showcase existing work in a new context.
The RBS has partnered with the iconic and historic seafood restaurant J Sheekey Atlantic Bar in Covent Garden, London to offer members the chance to take part in an exciting exhibition opportunity. The winning artist will see their work displayed in a prime location at this central London establishment for a year. Shipping and installation costs will be covered.
This opportunity has now closed, please do keep checking our Exhibition Opportunities page for further news.
