Conceptually driven, site specific interventions

Matt Smith has had several solo shows (Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, Aspex Gallery, Leeds University Art Gallery), has shown internationally and regularly produces site-specific work for historic houses, including the National Trust.

Usually working with ceramics, and sometimes textiles, the work often addresses marginalised positions and viewpoints.
