The first of three talks in the Conception Reception Execution Public Art Behind the Scenes series, William Pye FRBS, presents Vannpaviljong, 2011. A highly interactive work, Vannpaviljong occupies a square in the town of Drammen near Oslo, Norway and incorporates rollwaving water over mirror polished stainless steel walls. For one evening only, Pye will give an illustrated and in depth account of how this wonderfully engaging sculpture was conceived, executed and received by the public.
