Now living in Bath, Paul is drawing on the wealth of history that surrounds him and incorporating it into challenging and thought-provoking contemporary sculpture.

Although best known for his large-scale public art and commercial commissions Paul’s work takes on a range of forms influenced by the diverse experiences, people and places that have made up his life.

He makes sculptures from a wide range of materials particularly in metal and wood. Recent works are made by blending different materials and incorporating found objects, that have been unearthed, to form a powerful link between place and made object.
